All Purchases Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the product has been delivered, regardless of the reason.

1. No Refunds & No Returns
  • Final Sale: Once a purchase is completed and delivered, all payments are final.
  • Non-Returnable: We do not offer refunds of any kind (Product charges, Delivery fees, or Service fees).
  • Dispatch Rule: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any condition:

  • Custom-Made Tanks: Specially ordered dimensions, panel designs, or modifications.
  • Used/Installed Products: Any tank that has been installed, filled with water, or altered.
  • Damage after Delivery: Damages occurring after you have accepted the delivery.
3. Cancellation & Repair Services
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement, provided production hasn't started.
  • Repair Service (Paid): If an item arrives damaged (and covered by warranty), we may offer a repair. Note: Repairs may involve additional charges.
  • Verify on Arrival: Please check your order immediately upon arrival. We cannot make changes after the team leaves.
