1. No Refunds or Returns

  • All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the product has been delivered, regardless of the reason.

2. No Returns Once Order Is Out for Delivery

  1. Non-Returnable After Dispatch
    Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  2. Verify Order Details in Advance
    Please make sure all order information is correct before delivery, as we cannot make changes or accept returns after the product is out for delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or specially ordered water tanks (e.g., unique dimensions, panel designs, or modifications) cannot be returned under any condition.

  • Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered are strictly non-returnable.

4. Refunds & Payment Policy

1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

We do not offer refunds of any kind. Once a purchase is completed and the product is sent out for delivery or delivered, all payments are final and non-returnable.

2. No Refunds After Delivery or Dispatch

After your order has been dispatched or delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
Please review and verify your order when it arrives to ensure everything is correct.

3. No Refund Processing

Since refunds are not provided, no refund processing, transfers, or reimbursement timelines apply.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments—including product charges, delivery fees, and service fees—are non-refundable.
No amount will be returned unless the issue is caused directly by us and confirmed by our team.

5. (Paid Service)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a repair as per warranty terms.
Please note: repairs are not free and may involve additional charges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not started.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
