Verification Process

- Photo Proof: Send us clear photos of the damage/defect immediately upon arrival.
- Inspection: Our team will verify the defect. Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement.
- Do Not Install: Do not attempt to install or fill a damaged tank, as this voids the warranty.
- Return Location: Once approved, products can be returned to: Al Basar Trading FZE, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, UAE.
