Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances:

  • Out of Stock: If we cannot replace a defective item.
  • Order Cancellation: If canceled before dispatch.
  • Double Charge: Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Verification: After defect is verified by our team.

Non-Refundable

Please note that the following are NOT eligible for cash refunds:

  • Change of Mind: We do not refund for incorrect size choice.
  • Delivered Goods: No refunds after successful delivery.
  • Used Tanks: Hygiene products cannot be refunded.
  • Delivery Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, here is the standard timeline:

  • Approval: Within 24-48 hours of verification.
  • Processing: Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Bank Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the bank to reflect the amount.
