1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Free from any signs of damage, installation, or modification

    • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Custom-made or specially ordered tanks (e.g., specific dimensions or panel designs) are non-returnable unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once your item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (bank transfer or other agreed method).

  • Please note: shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

5. Replacements

  • If your product is damaged or defective when it arrives, we can replace or repair it (as per warranty), but the replacement will not be free and may cost extra.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production/shipping has not yet begun.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled after processing.
